Demian is the leader of Guttmann & Blaevoet's Building Performance Modeling team and has provided energy-consulting services for numerous projects using IES-VE, EnergyPro (DOE2.1e and CBECC), Ladybug/Honeybee, and eQuest.  He has provided EnergyPro software training to industry consultants through Savings by Design, onsite corporate training for clients and general modeling guidance.  In addition to residential Title-24 and performance modeling Demian has extensive experience with various building types providing computer analysis using IES-VE, DOE 2.1E, EnergyPlus and Title 24 with EnergyPro as the interface. Demian has crafted successful energy models for LEED Certification around the world. He has presented to participants in the Whole Building Approach component of California’s Investor Owned Utility’s Savings By Design commercial new construction incentive program as well as participated in the technical Review for PG&E’s Commercial and Industrial New Construction program.
