Ed brings over 19 years of design, construction, and facility management experience in HVAC and plumbing systems. He specializes in commercial, institutional and education buildings as well as hospitals, hotels and civic/cultural facilities. Ed brings expertise in indirect/direct evaporative cooling air handling systems, variable air volume air handling systems, underfloor air distribution systems, and various types of plumbing systems such as waste, vent, and domestic water. An excellent communicator, Ed works seamlessly with other members of design team and collaborates effectively with contractors as well as owners and owner representatives.  Having run his own firm for over six years prior to joining Guttmann & Blaevoet, Ed pays careful attention to the financial aspect of the project and places strong focus on satisfying owners’ needs while meeting schedule and budget.
