Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator based in our San Francisco office.  This position will report to the Director of Marketing, work closely with Team leaders and partners, and interact with the rest of the firm and external clients. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a positive attitude as well as readiness to work independently or as part of a team.  

Specific Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications (preferably at a professional services firm)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign. Experience in other Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus
  • Experience in social media content generation and management is a plus
  • Experience in Cosential or other database management system is a plus
  • BA in marketing, journalism, communication, business or related fields is preferred

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate and produce qualification and proposal submittals
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop general marketing collaterals, web contents, and special campaigns
  • Work with the Technical team to develop thought leadership and social media content
  • Maintain and update company website and social media sites such as LinkedIn and Youtube
  • Maintain and update project and client database such as Cosential
  • Coordinate client events, webinars, and social media live video streaming
  • Assist in market research and client development activities
