Design expertise to update District Standards and Guidelines for the San Francisco Unified School District’s 160 pre-kindergarten through 12^th grade schools. Our work incorporated updated technical requirements from the district, researched alternatives, proposed performance criteria in lieu of specifications where appropriate, and updated district standard products/vendors, and specifications. We have developed a peer review checklist for mechanical systems, itemized at the schematic design, design development and 90% construction document phases. We have proved peer review services for the district from on its $300 Million bond improvement program provided from 2004 to 2007, as well as the $450 Million program for 2007 to 2010.
