Lick Wilmerding High School Technology & Design Center // San Francisco, California
The new Technology and Design Center creates a central focus to the campus. The project also includes an expansion of the existing theater/performing arts center to 425-seat capacity, wood and metal shops and the creation of a new student center/cafeteria. Sustainable design elements include the buildings siting strategy, use of natural ventilation, variable volume exhaust, recycled materials, photovoltaic systems, and wind generated power elements.
