Three-story addition that expands the school’s capacity to 350 students.  The new addition includes four science labs, classrooms, a dedicated space for music and performing arts, a student center, and faculty/staff offices.  Our energy analysis resulted in a building design that is 17.2% superior to California’s 2001 energy code and provided the owner with a Savings By Design incentive. Work also included a new 4-story Library Addition completed in 1996.  Our mechanical design integrated with adjacent new and renovated buildings.
