This new, 190,000 square foot community center provides comprehensive youth, adult, and senior programs to its membership and to the public.  Among the program areas are a performing arts theater, dance and music studios, art studios, gallery, a library, bookstore, education center, teen center, offices, and a three-story center for Health, Fitness & Sport which features three pools, steam rooms, and gym.  Our comprehensive building performance modeling resulted in a building that uses 25% less energy than California’s 2001 Energy Code (Title 24), and obtained a $47,000 owner’s incentive from PG&E’s Savings By Design program.
