Neiman Marcus Union Square // San Francisco, California

Renovation and expansion of this shopping icon.  Our work began with a building survey of the existing mechanical systems and continued with the design of their upgrade and replacement.  The building is renowned for its elegant rotunda skylight, which was saved from the original 1906 City of Paris department store, and installed in the new Neiman-Marcus store in 1980.
