Building evaluations, master planning services and designs for historic renovation and additions for various buildings at Beringer Winery. The north wing houses two tasting rooms, a pantry, restrooms and a retail space. The Carriage House, constructed to serve as a temporary tasting room, is now a visitor’s center with retail space, and also houses a wine storage room that requires maintaining a temperature of 60° F and 60% relative humidity. Seismic Retrofit for the Rhine House began in 2007 for this 1884 Victorian residence.
