Renovations for the two-story structure that houses the District’s system operations, distribution operations and service dispatch to provide the electrical power to the District’s owner-customer. The facility also houses the site information technology center the supports the system operations and site administration. The facility also contains an office area for staff personnel that support the system and distribution operations and service dispatch.   The project calls for extensive renovation and infrastructure upgrade for maximum energy efficiency.
