LEED Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning services for a transit oriented 35-unit affordable housing complex, including parking garage.  The first floor contains a 7-Eleven and a small, neighborhood retail space.  The complex also includes computer and community rooms.  With the new technology - water source heat pump - the project exceeds energy efficiency.
