Mechanical and electrical design. Rehabilitation of two historic warehouses, #109 and #49, located on 7 acres of land at Pier 70 of San Francisco. Building #109 will be used for covered parking with small exhibit area. It will also include picnic sites and will require access to electricity and water. Building #49 will be converted into a recreation and aquatic service/operation center, which will provide storage for kayaks, small boats, showers, restrooms, offices and a café.
