Additional enhancements included: water conservation features for the facilities including rooftop gardens, and the cleaning water for medical devices; use of recycled building materials; and interior environmental management during construction. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art radiant ceilings serviced by a highly advanced co-generation plant that produces electricity, heating hot water, and chilled water from supplied natural gas.

This building will serve as a model for the medical community, provide a healing environment for patients, and will offer a more comfortable and productive workplace for its professionals.
