UCSF Minnesota Street Student & Trainee Housing // University of California, San Francisco
New affordable housing for medical students and trainees at UCSF, which will deliver 610 units of housing to accommodate 810 residents. The project site is comprised of two parcels located at 590 and 600 Minnesota Street, approximately one block south of the Mission Bay campus in the Dogpatch neighborhood. Project scope consists of five stories of housing over one level of below grade parking at each parcel. Program spaces include amenities such as community meeting rooms, study rooms, fitness space, laundry room, game rooms, and space for a small corner market. The University aims to deliver a high performance, low energy facility with exceptional occupant comfort and satisfaction.
