888 Fourth Street // Santa Rosa, California

Mechanical and electrical design for the new seven-story plus basement high-rise, mixed-use building in downtown Santa Rosa. This new residential community will create new housing opportunities for the communities many residents seeking modern, centrally located living spaces.

Housing in Santa Rosa has been in short supply with the influx of new residents over the years and unfortunately exacerbated by the devastating 2017 fires in the area. This 168,000 square foot building was created to address the housing shorting providing 107 residential units (choice of 1- and 2-bedroom flats or lofts, each with its own private balcony), a two-level basement parking garage, and several residential amenities. These amenities include a street-level restaurant, outdoor courtyard, swimming pool, pool house, fitness rooms, spacious roof deck, and clubhouses. The single-story poolhouse located on the rear of the building seamlessly integrates into the adjacent residential neighborhood consisting of single-family homes.
