This project consists of the new 109,100SF winery in Alexander Valley. Program spaces include wine cellar, wine tasting rooms, full kitchen, and production buildings as well as an on-site water treatment facility. Key features include 2,595 rooftop solar panels that can generate 1 megawatt of electricity a year, a membrane bioreactor producing 10,000 gallons/day, and an all-electric kitchen.  The project is targeting Zero Net Energy, Zero Net Water and Living Building Challenge certification.   It is the first and only LEED Platinum certified winery in the world.
