Mechanical and plumbing design peer review services for the new 900,000sf, 16-story, OSHPD-1 replacement hospital tower and 85,000sf renovation. The 400 new single-patient rooms are designed to be “acuity adaptable” to meet a critical care surge, temporarily creating 400 ICU rooms to meet regional needs for the next 50 years. 

It will also add new operating rooms, an imaging center, and new facilities for burn care units and a pharmacy. In addition, the project includes 10,000 square feet of renovation to an existing campus building.

Targeting LEED Gold for Healthcare. The project utilizes Progressive Design Build delivery.
