Renovation of a 9,500sf space in downtown Santa Rosa to create a large demonstration and education center to help people discover clean energy and adopt energy-efficient solutions that are more accessible through programs such as 0% financing, deep discounts, and a network of qualified contractors to help make it a reality.  

Program spaces include demonstration for various technologies in dedicated stations such as cooking, HVAC systems, lighting options, EV charging, PV, etc. as well as classrooms, offices, children play areas, planning room, secured storage, and a training room for up to 50 people. The building is all-electric.
