The $30M modernization and addition of the 97-year-old Luther Burbank Theater at Santa Rosa Junior College. The project includes renovation of the 31,800sf Theater housing a 400-seat auditorium, prop shop, costume production facility, and lobby as well as addition of two new classrooms and a new 10,000sf, 200-seat Studio Theater with flexible space to be used as a teaching classroom, a black box theater, or a movie theater. Sustainable features include a geothermal system.

The building is all-electric. Designed to achieve LEED Silver equivalency.
