LEED commissioning for the world’s first LEED Gold Certified hotel by US Green Building Council (USGBC).  The 133-room new resort hotel boosts environmental friendly features with sustainable building materials and operating practices, including solar hot water heating, variable refrigerant HVAC, cold water commercial laundry, recycled water, and daylighting controls.  As a result, the facility uses 26% less electricity and 45% less water than standard operation.  Designed to be the first “all green” hotel in California.
