Guttmann & Blaevoet is proud to be a JUST Organization

The JUST program is a robust social equity transparency platform and disclosure tool for organizations, which details their progress in key categories such as diversity, equity, safety, employee benefit, local benefit, and community stewardship.

At G&B, our values are directly intertwined with our work. We realize that the best way to create an equitable and just world is to “walk the walk” and share our challenges as well as positive outcomes from a business perspective. These include higher productivity, increased employee retention, improved employee happiness and health, as well as increased positive interactions with our clients, among other benefits. 

We began this process and became one of a handful of JUST organizations in California in 2016. In 2018, we renewed our commitment and are excited to now see 85 other organizations with us.
