Mechanical, electrical and low voltage design to renovate and restore the 1900s historic office building and carhouse to provide a training facility for underprivileged youth in arts-related fields, including digital, literary, media and technical arts.  The two story with basement, 15,700sf building houses an 88 seat black box theater, a 300-person event space, a small retail space and a 70-seat restaurant.  The project will pursue LEED-NC Gold certification.  Design started in 2014.
