Khoeun has been in the building performance and energy modeling field for over 9 years and has extensive experience in energy management with particular emphasis on residential and commercial Title-24, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC), LEED and Savings By Design projects. 

Khoeun has a strong building science background and understanding of building systems, including mechanical and electrical disciplines. Within the last 3 years, Khoeun has worked on performing site energy audits of schools, office buildings and multifamily buildings for various programs such as Prop 39, Energy Star Benchmarking and Title-24 HERS verification.
