Adaptive reuse of the five-building Industrial Light & Magic Campus on a 10-month fast-track schedule.  The buildings house the County of Marin’s Public Health Clinic, the Marin Community Clinic, and the WIC program as well as Adult and Children’s Mental Health programs. Building E is a certified OSHPD-3 clinic with 100% outside air system with an EER of 30.  Our energy analysis resulted in a building design that exceeds 2005 California Energy Code by 36%. Includes photovoltaics and solar thermal systems.
