Included in our energy analysis was hour-by-hour energy simulations of the data center, basement areas with simplified occupancy/usage assumptions, ground floor lobby, 3rd floor and typical office floors to aid in selection of systems, and evaluation of envelope options to become the basis for LEED-CI documentation. HVAC systems considered are: ceiling mounted Induction system, Variable Air Volume, Chilled Beams, and Fan Coil system.
