The new $1.2 billion, fully-amenitized, 55-acre corporate campus, Moffett Place, is one of the largest speculative campuses in the Silicon Valley. It consists of six eight-story office buildings, three parking structures and an amenities building. Each of the office buildings are approximately 314,000 square feet. The 50,000sf amenities’ building includes a fitness center with a basketball court, an outdoor pool & spa, and a café. Garage B features a two-acre rooftop garden that contains active and passive recreational areas, as well as a vegetable garden. The entire campus is currently leased to Google.
