New 1.8 million square foot office development on a 47.4-acre campus with five, eight-story office buildings, three parking garages and a two-story, 59,211 sf amenities building including a fitness center and a café.

Each office building has the same design and footprint of 40,500 sf. The entire campus will be clustered around the amenities building and the central courtyard will have extensive outdoor facilities including a pool and sports courts as well as an outdoor amphitheatre. Tenants include Amazon and similar tech companies.

The project is targeting LEED Platinum certification.
