This project consists of the development of an approximately 6-building, 4-story apartment community comprised of 284 apartments and 1,100 beds divided into 212 four-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom units (all with four beds per unit), and 12 one-bed studio apartments. Program spaces will include lounges, multi-purpose rooms, a fitness center, and administrative spaces for upper-division and graduate students. Additionally, the scope includes retail space for food service.
