New 52-acre campus for Class A offices and Research & Development space.  It includes seven, eight-story buildings, totaling 1.8 million square feet with offices, conference rooms and support space as well as a 40,000 square foot fitness center, The Moffett Towers Club, which features a pool, outdoor spa, gym, indoor basketball and volleyball courts, a billiard room, TV lounge, and the Moffett Towers Café.  Also included are four parking structures on site.  Current tenants include Amazon, Microsoft, Motorola, and HP.
