The project includes expansion of the Lawrence J. Ellison Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) to include a new, 58,000sf, 2-story Eye Center addition on the north side of the existing Ambulatory Care Center as well as renovation of the 17,500sf first floor and partial build-out of the third floor.

Targeting LEED Gold for the new addition and LEED Silver for the existing building.

The project is uitlizing Design Build project delivery.
