Rengstorff Park Aquatic Center // Mountain View, California
The new center will consist of two outdoor pools - a 25M x 25YD pool and a fun water pool - and an 8,000sf building with lockers and showers and multi-purpose space. It will meet the needs of residents of all ages in an all-inclusive facility.
Targeting LEED Gold, the project features an all-electric system with roof-mounted PVs and solar thermal energy to heat 500,000 gallons of pool water.
