Tünde has over 25 years of experience in the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, delivering over 1.5 million square feet of space for educational, health care, municipal, and commercial clients. Tünde is very knowledgeable in OSHPD and CAN 2-34 procedures, and she is thoroughly familiar with DSA requirements. In the past decade, she has managed five large projects ranging from $60M to $665M in construction cost. Having first studied architecture, Tünde’s mechanical design complements the spirit of a building as well as its function. She seamlessly coordinates with the design and construction team; she is often praised by our clients on her attention to details and positive attitude. In addition, Tünde is passionate about energy and water conservation and is committed to carbon footprint reduction - she drives a Nissan Leaf, an all-electric vehicle!
